MOSCOW, Pa. — Police in Lackawanna County are investigating a crash, including what happened to the person who was behind the wheel.
Police in Moscow were called to a rollover crash along Market Street in the borough around 9 p.m. Sunday.
But when they arrived, there was no driver to be found.
Officers are trying to figure out where the driver went and what caused the wreck.
