One round of showers and storms down, another one to go as we await the cold front Friday night. While the severe storm threat is considerably lower, there's still a risk for storms to contain some strong wind, torrential downpours, and vivid lightning. Once the front clears, it will be cooler and less humid for the weekend. The dry air in place will create some chilly morning lows Monday and Tuesday morning... perhaps cold enough for isolated frosty spots. Shower chances return Tuesday through Thursday next week.
