High pressure will keep it sunny as we finish the month of May

Showers are on the way back for Tuesday and Wednesday

High pressure will continue to be the dominate weather feature for us as we end the month of May. Although we will see plenty of sunshine over the next 48 hours, our high temperatures will stay below normal. This high pressure will slide off the coast by Tuesday, allowing milder air and showers into our area.

For today you can expect mostly sunny skies. It will be cooler with highs in the mid 60's.

Tonight will be mostly clear and chilly. Lows in the low 40's.

Tomorrow will be sunny and pleasant. Highs in the mid to upper 60's.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Highs near 70.

Wednesday: Sun and clouds.Chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 70's.

Thursday: Partly sunny. Highs near 80.

Friday: Partly sunny. Chance of a scattered shower late. Highs near 80.

Saturday: Partly sunny. Highs near 80.
