WAYNE, Pa. — Police in Wayne County are searching for 79-year-old Simon Phillips.
Phillips was last seen Thursday afternoon in the area of Bigelow Lake Road in Mount Pleasant Township.
Troopers say Phillips is driving a silver Toyota Highlander with PA registration KJP6940.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
