A man is locked up after police say he was driving under the influence when he caused a wreck in Wayne County.
Thomas Frisch, 31, of Honesdale was driving near Waymart when he lost control of his vehicle, and hit another car head-on along Route 6 Friday afternoon.
Frish is behind bars on DUI and reckless endangerment charges after the crash in Wayne County.
