SCRANTON, Pa. — Police discovered a broken water main early Sunday morning in Scranton.
It was found around 1 a.m. at the intersection of Sanderson and Poplar Streets.
Water bubbling up through the pavement was turned to ice in the sub-freezing temperatures.
Approximately 10 to 15 customers are affected by the water main break in Scranton.
