UNION COUNTY, Pa. — A woman is dead after an early morning crash in Union County.
Officials say 31-year-old Melissa Dziadzio of Mifflinburg was driving along Route 45 in Hartley Township just before 2 a.m. on Sunday.
That's when she ran off the road and struck a utility pole.
