CLIFFORD TOWNSHIP, Pa. — One person was killed in a crash in Susquehanna County Wednesday morning.
It happened just before 8 a.m. on Route 247 near Forest City.
State police say Richard Shinn, 68, of Forest City, died when the driver of the other car lost control on a curve and struck his vehicle.
The other driver was not seriously hurt.
