One dead after Snyder County crash

Police say a pickup truck crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on with a motorcycle near Selinsgrove.

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — One person is dead after a motorcycle crash in Snyder County.

According to police, a pickup truck was heading south on Route 204 near Selinsgrove Thursday morning when the driver crossed over into oncoming traffic.

The pickup collided head-on with a motorcycle.

Dean Dorman, 52, of Selinsgrove, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the coroner.

State police indicate that the driver may face charges.
