PORT CARBON, Pa. — State police are investigating an animal cruelty case in Schuylkill County.
According to troopers, a driver in Blythe Township, near Port Carbon, noticed a dead dog along Tumbling Run Road on Monday.
The area is not near any homes.
Troopers believe the carcass had been there for several days.
