NEW PHILADELPHIA — A bar in Schuylkill County was damaged after it was hit by an out of control SUV.
Authorities said Mazlooms Bar in New Philadelphia was hit just before 2 A.M. on Monday.
According to police, David Flynn, 50, of Pottsville was leaving a parking spot when the SUV’s gas pedal became stuck. The vehicle accelerated and ended up stuck half way inside of the bar.
Police said the driver will not face any charges.
