MAHANOY CITY, Pa. — Ice is weighing down power lines and knocking out electricity to some customers in Schuylkill County.
Newswatch 16 found a PPL crew working near Mahanoy City on Tuesday morning.
Workers there say about 250 homes and businesses in that area are without power.
