NEW PHILADELPHIA -- Fire forced two families from their homes Sunday afternoon in Schuylkill County.

The fire started just before 2 p.m. in a duplex on Kimber Street in New Philadelphia.
Four adults and eight children lived in the homes. They are being helped by the Red Cross.
There is no word yet how the fire started.
