NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A truck carrying cartons of milk flipped on its side as it entered Interstate 80 West near Williamsport.
The westbound lanes of the interstate were down to one lane for hours.
The driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out after the rollover in Northumberland County.
