NORTHUMBERLAND, Pa. — State police have identified remains found in Northumberland County last week.
Trooper said remains discovered on July 4 have been identified through dental records as Joshua Phillippy, who had been reported as a missing person to state police in Schuylkill County.
Investigators said there is no evidence of foul play.
