WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — The school says 12 students tested positive on Thursday.
According to Penn College, contact tracing showed off-campus activities likely contributed to the 35 cases recorded at the school since the semester began.
Penn College in Williamsport is suspending all athletic activities until October 12, and all student organizations must meet virtually.
