AVOCA, Pa. — A woman was caught trying to bring a handgun onto an airplane at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport.
TSA officers say the woman from Tennessee had an unloaded .22-caliber handgun and a magazine with seven bullets in her carry-on bag.
Local police in Avoca were called in and officers confiscated those items.
