PLAINS TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Traffic was backed up for hours after a deadly crash Tuesday in Luzerne County.
Troopers say Ryan Bieble, 40, of Hanover Township, and Rachael McCuen, 29, of Kingston, both died when they were thrown out of their vehicle on Interstate 81 south near the Route 309 interchange near Wilkes-Barre.
State police say Bieble was driving and lost control on a curve. The vehicle went through the guide rail, flipped several times, and crashed into a wooded area.
