WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A man found dead behind a restaurant in Luzerne County died from drinking too much alcohol and hypothermia.
A manager at Corelife Eatery on Bear Creek Boulevard near Wilkes-Barre found the body of Angel Mendez, from San Antonio, Texas, Saturday morning.
Officers were back in the area Sunday investigating.
Luzerne County's coroner calls the death an accident.
