WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Police in Wilkes-Barre picked up a suspected car thief on Tuesday.
Ryan Bush is accused of stealing a car earlier this month with a young boy inside, outside a bank on West Main Street in Plymouth.
The car was found a short time later, and the boy was okay.
Bush is charged with robbery in Luzerne County.
