HAZLETON, Pa. — Police have arrested a man on rape charges.
Officers said Jose Ruiz is locked up without bail on counts of rape, sexual assault, and unlawful restraint.
According to police, the rape happened on August 9.
Officers believe there may be other victims that still have not come forward.
