HAZLETON -- The real estate agent accused of fraud in Hazleton failed to show for a hearing in Florida on Friday.
The Luzerne County district attorney confirmed there is now a warrant out for Ignacio Beato.
Authorities are trying to get him back to our area to face charges.
Investigators believe he scammed dozens of residents who gave him money to buy houses but then learned the deeds were all bogus.
