Free rides on LCTA buses starting Monday

If possible, they are asking passengers to enter and exit the bus using the rear door.

WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Starting Monday, the Luzerne County Transit Authority will stop taking fares on its buses.

If possible, they are asking passengers to enter and exit the bus using the rear door.

Passengers are also asked to stagger seating and sit six feet away from the driver.

The changes are being made to protect both the drivers and fellow passengers from coronavirus.
