SCRANTON -- Tax delinquent properties in Lackawanna County went up for judicial sale on Monday.

Among them were single family homes and apartment buildings.

One building on Lafayette Street in Scranton sold for $7,000. We spoke with the buyer.

“I wish I would have caught it years and years and years ago because you know a lot of other people, a lot of people are starting to really catch attention to selling houses and property and it's a good market to definitely be in,” said Dillon Lawrence of Old Forge.

Lawrence tells us he would like to turn the building in Scranton into a store or apartments.
