SCRANTON, Pa. — Workers with Scranton DPW were out patching potholes Wednesday morning at the corner of Stafford Avenue and Kane Street in the city's south side.
Workers said they have finally caught up on snow removal, refuse, and recycling and are now able to do some of the other things that have been put on hold for the last three weeks.
