SCRANTON, Pa. — A rig rollover blocked an exit off Interstate 81 Monday morning.
The tractor-trailer rolled on the northbound Biden Expressway exit (185) around 9 a.m.
The exit was closed for several hours. It reopened around 9 p.m. on Monday.
Troopers believe the driver had minor injuries.
