SCRANTON, Pa. — Representative Matt Cartwright announced on Sunday he tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday afternoon.
According to a statement from Congressman Cartwright's Director of Communications, he has received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine and is experiencing mild flu-like symptoms.
He is quarantining at home.
