MOOSIC, Pa. — Police have issued a warning for people living in Lackawanna County to lock their cars.
Moosic police say someone rummaged through 13 unlocked cars overnight near the Old Forge line.
One person reported an iPad stolen.
Officers are checking surveillance video from the neighborhood in hopes of finding the person responsible.
