DICKSON CITY, Pa. -- A driver will be cited for a crash involving a motorcycle in Lackawanna County.
Police tell Newswatch 16 the driver was pulling out of the Dunkin' on Route 6 in Dickson City around 7:30 a.m. Thursday into the path of a motorcycle.
The bike slammed into the car, sending the rider flying over the vehicle.
He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car was not hurt.
Westbound traffic was detoured to Commerce Boulevard while state police reconstructed the crash scene in Lackawanna County.
