SCRANTON -- More than two dozen dogs of all shapes and sizes walked the runway Tuesday during the Little Sisters of the Poor's annual dog show at Holy Family Residence in Scranton.

It was in honor of National Dog Day.

The show is sponsored by local vet doctor Robert Noto of Lackawanna County.

The Little Sisters of the Poor host this summer event for the enjoyment of the elderly residents who call Holy Family Residence their home.

The dog show was followed by a pet blessing, treat bags, and medals for the dogs.

There was even music and ice cream for the residents.
