SCRANTON, Pa. — A busy intersection in Lackawanna County will likely be closed until sometime tomorrow because of flooding.
Water is blocking the turning lane from North Keyser Avenue onto Morgan Highway.
The backyard of a nearby home was also flooded.
Leach creek overflowed its banks causing problems in Scranton.
