LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — COLTS will modify its services beginning next week. The rides will still be free but due to the "stay-at-home" order from Governor Wolf, many routes will now run on a compressed schedule. Bus service will now only be available Monday through Friday. The changes go into effect on Tuesday in Lackawanna County.
