The Lackawanna County coroner believes the man was in his 30s. Police say it doesn't appear that the body was in the area very long.

While we were waiting for information, a man stopped to talk to police, saying he saw something suspicious. Randy Beck says he drove past this area to go turkey hunting around 5:15 a.m. when he saw a vehicle and two people standing outside of it.

"By the rear quarter panel. I was going to stop, but I didn't and kept on going. That's all I saw," Beck said. "The one person was leaning over the car, and the other one was standing next to it."
