SCRANTON, Pa. — Ellen Kennedy turned 80-years-old Wednesday and friends and family marked the occasion as best they could.
They drove past Ellen's home in the city's Green Ridge section; they waved, sang, and even dropped off gifts.
The birthday girl was outside sporting a nifty tiara for her milestone birthday.
