Prosecutors plan to pursue death penalty for woman accused of killing nephew

The Clinton County district attorney will seek the death penalty for a woman accused of killing her nephew.

CLINTON COUNTY, Pa. — Prosecutors say they will pursue the death penalty for a woman accused of killing her nephew.

Jamie Lynn Jackson is charged with criminal homicide.

Her nephew, Anson Stover, died in her care in Lock Haven back in November.

The district attorney's office in Clinton County believes the nine-year-old boy may have been tortured.
