MILL HALL, Pa. — One person is dead after a crash in Clinton County.
State police say Matthew Brumbaugh was driving south on Eagle Valley Road, near Mill Hall on Saturday, when he drove off the road, up an embankment, and hit a utility pole.
He died at the scene.
