WAYNE TOWNSHIP — A man is dead after a crash in Clinton County Christmas night.
Police say Edwin Witherite, 49 of Jersey Shore, lost control of his vehicle on Pine Mountain Road in Wayne Township around 6:30 Friday evening.
His car went off the road and hit a tree head on.
Witherite was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
State police are investigating the crash in Clinton County.
