NEW ALBANY, Pa. -- Another night of flash flooding hit some parts of northeastern and central Pennsylvania.
The community of New Albany in Bradford County was flooded for the second time in four days.
Water could be seen rushing through the streets of New Albany after Tuesday evening's severe storms.
It's just the latest blow to the water-logged residents here in Bradford County.
