Pennsylvania State Police have issued an Amber Alert in conjunction with the New York State Police.
Officers are searching for Autumn and Evelyn Collis, both 8.
The girls were allegedly abducted by Amanda Collis in Binghamton.
Police say they were last seen around 5:30 p.m. headed south on Interstate 81 entering Pennsylvania.
police said Amanda Collis is driving a 2015 Kia Forte with Maryland registration 9EF0726.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
