Home and Backyard traveled to Catawissa to visit with Dan Bosworth of Big Dan's BBQ restaurant to learn how to do BBQ, from preparing the meat, to seasoning to the smoker. He also created a feast with several BBQ dishes from their menu.
Dan also prepared a few side dishes that are available at Big Dan's BBQ. All the sides are prepared fresh on sight from the mac-n-cheese to the corn salad.
