A former employee at ARC in Wyoming County pleaded guilty to abusing a mentally-challenged woman.
The Wyoming County district attorney said Jill Hillard of Tunkhannock made the plea earlier this week. She was charged with abusing a mentally-challenged woman in her 40s at the ARC facility in Tunkhannock last fall. Prosecutors said Hillard and another worker, Kimberly Holzlein, gave the woman urine to drink and put their own feces in her pudding.
No sentencing date has been set.
Holzlein is expected to plead guilty in December, according the district attorney's office.
