A late-night fire hit an apartment house in Susquehanna County.
It started just before 11 p.m. Wednesday in the building on Church Street in Montrose.
Fire officials said one person lived upstairs but was not home when it started.
A neighbor said his home was also damaged from the blaze.
State police are looking into what caused the fire.
