The man charged with killing his girlfriend and toddler son is back to Monroe County.

Michael Parrish, 23, was brought back from New Hampshire where he was caught Tuesday night.

Both Parrish and the man who police said helped him flee the area, Conrad Jankowski, are both being returned to Monroe County. They are expected to be arraigned Thursday night.

Parrish is charged with criminal homicide, accused of shooting and killing his 21-year-old girlfriend, Victoria Adams and their 18-month-old son, Sidney Parrish inside their second-floor apartment in Effort Monday night.

After the shooting, police said, Parrish fled the area with the aid of Jankowksi.

The men stopped at a gas station in Somersworth, New Hampshire, where they told the clerk their Ford Bronco had broken down and they planned to stay the night in the parking lot.

After the clerk notified police, officers ran the Bronco's license plate number and discovered Parrish was wanted for murder.

Both men went before a judge in New Hampshire where they agreed not to fight extradition, allowing officers to bring them back to Monroe County.
