Four men are headed to trial in a homicide case in Schuylkill County.
The four, all from Hazleton, are charged in the baseball beating death of a friend a friend, Tony Locascio.
His body was found last month in a rural area near Shenandoah. The four are accused of homicide.
A judge said Curtis Foose, Jeffrey Gombert, Shane Roof and Andrew Turko should stand trial. Some of the testimony came from those who discovered the victim's body.
"It's a dramatic experience and all I can tell you there is not enough love in the world and I am outta here," witness Dan Vale said as he walked away from the hearing.
"I don't think I am going back there. It was just a bad experience,," said witness Jim Schreppel.
Other witnesses said that the victim was beaten because he was a snitch concerning some vandalism.
"I have seen quite a few bodies but never seen one like that," said East Union Township Police Chief Tony Harris. "It was quite beaten black and blue from head to toe. The coroner said he was beaten 70 to 80 times with baseball bats."
Others can't believe Andrew Turko was involved.
Tom Miskiewicz's daughter is supposed to marry Turko.
"I couldn't believe it. I was totally dumbstruck," Miskiewicz said. "Anytime he sees blood he faints."
