A crash involving an all-terrain vehicle in Schuylkill County killed a man from Pottsville.
State police report David Frey, 23, died around 11 p.m. Saturday. Troopers said Frey lost control of his ATV on High Road in Cass Township near Minersville and hit a tree.
Frey was not wearing a helmet and troopers said he died from head inuries.
