A woman who was killed in a crash last month in Lycoming County as driving drunk, according to the county coroner.
Tina Eckard, 46, of Williamsport had a blood alcohol level of .261, three times the legal limit May 28 when she crossed the center line and hit another car head-on on Route 654 near South Williamsport.
Three other people were hurt in the deadly crash.
