A mini-van ended up in a cemetery in Lackawanna County Wednesday morning after it crashed.
Police think the driver of the van lost control coming down Route 247 in Jessup about 8 a.m. The van rolled several times and ended up in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
"We seen the car coming up over the top of these arborvitaes, about 12 foot up in the air, rolling," said Joe Gongliewski of Olyphant.
The driver was taken to a hospital to be checked. Emergency personnel said she was conscious.
No tombstones in the cemetery were damaged in the crash.
