Kelly joined Newswatch 16 in the spring of 2008. As a new member of the team, she says Northeastern PA captured her heart.
She first came to the area as a student at the University of Scranton. Kelly worked as a digital journalist for the Times Leader and The Abington Journal, covering everything from parades to sports. She even tried radio on for size while abroad in Ireland, but TV always kept her interest.
You can watch Kelly every Thursday at 6 p.m. for the weekly edition of Power to Save. She also works those dreadfully early morning shifts covering breaking news and manning the desk for the crazy crew.
Kelly enjoys going home to New Jersey and spending time with friends and family. She likes summers at the beach, winters on the slopes, and Scranton every other day.
