1. The Contest: Take a picture of yourself in a Leisure Suit or other "retro" clothing in front of your television with your favorite Retro TV show on. Send it to WNEP. Be one of 5 finalists for your chance to win free cable for a year.

2. Prizes Free Cable For A Year (Will work with the cable provider in your area. Prize value not to exceed $1,500.)

No substitutions will be made for any prize. Open to residents of Pennsylvania only.

3. How to Enter. Dress up in a Leisure Suit or other "Retro" clothing. Take a picture of yourself in front of your television with WNEP2/Retro TV programming on the screen. Email your picture to joe.snedeker@wnep.com with your name, address, home, work and cell phone numbers. Deadline for entry: Midnight, Friday December 4. Entries will be subjectively judged on originality and execution of the photograph by Joe Snedeker, Mindi Ramsey, Tom Williams and Ryan Leckey. 5 finalists will be chosen to be displayed on wnep.com, where they will be voted on by visitors to the website. No voting will be accepted by any other means than on wnep.com. No phone calls or other corrospondance will be returned or accepted. The top vote-getter will be determined to be the grand prize winner. The 5 finalists will be announced on Newswatch 16 This Morning from 7 to 9 on WNEP2 on Monday, December 7. The grand prize winner will announced on Newswatch 16 This Morning from 7 to 9 on WNEP2 on Friday, December 19. All decisions by the judges are final.

4 Sponsor(s) will not be responsible for lost, late, forged, mass-reproduced or mass-transmitted, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entries and such entries are void; telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors or failures in transmission or reception and/or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Company which may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.

5 Company reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time as Company determines, at its sole discretion. Company also reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if Company determines, at its sole discretion that fraud or technical failures, including viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Company have impaired the integrity of the contest. Sponsors will not be responsible for any mishandled, misdirected or damaged entries.

6 Winners Each winner will be required to execute a declaration of eligibility that winner has complied with all the rules. Winners will be required to sign a release releasing Sponsors of all liability in connection with the prize The winners release Sponsors and all prize-supplier companies from all liability for damages or personal injury in connection with the winner's use of the prize goods or services and consent that the Sponsors and anyone it/they may authorize may without compensation use winner's name, photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the sweepstakes or the Sponsors for purposes of advertising and promotion. The declaration must be returned within 7 days of date of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. WNEP will work with the winner's local cable provider to aquire the minimum cable service necessary for the winner to receive WNEP2. For instance, if WNEP2 is on basic cable service on the winner's cable provider, WNEP will pay for basic cable. If WNEP2 is on a higher tier of service, WNEP will pay for the higher tier. Odds of becoming a winner are determined by the total number of entries received. Taxes are the responsibility of winners. A list of prize winners will be available after the completion of the contest by going to wnep.com.

7 Qualification Sweepstakes open to residents of the Pennsylvania except void where prohibited by law. Employees (and their immediate families and members of their household) of Sponsors and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to the Official Rules and decisions of WNEP, which shall be final in all respects; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless WNEP and its respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including but not limited to death or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or from participation in the Contest or any Contest related activity; (c) that the foregoing parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize. WNEP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest if unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such event, notice thereof will be posted on the aforementioned Website. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. WNEP will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and WNEP's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
