Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Ground Venison
  • 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (of choice)
  • 1 pkg. Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 can Chopped Black Olives (optional)

Directions:

-Fry Venison until brown.

-Add 1 package Taco Seasoning (any brand).

-Follow directions on packet.

-Spread softened cream cheese on bottom of serving dish.

-Layer shredded lettuce.

-Spread salsa across top of lettuce.

-Transfer seasoned venison on top of salsa - cover evenly.
